Got A Question? We Have The Answer!

What payment methods do you accept in-store or online?

Online:Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Interac E-Transfer

What fonts can i pick from?

Our design tool comes loaded with all the latest Google Fonts. If none of those are what you’re looking for, then we can upload custom fonts. Just have a look at a font database, such as DaFont, let us know how to download your font, and we will upload it to our system.

What if shipping is delayed?

PrintKings moves as quickly as we can when getting your order out the door and on a truck. Once the product leaves our facility, it’s delivery is out of our hands. Delivery will be handled by our trusted shipping partners. If you experience any issues, then call our customer service team. We’re happy to work with you in finding a solution.

Are your prices only for a 1 colour design?

Our prices vary depending on the style of print. All our pricing is programmed in our design tool, so when you create your design, an estimator will indicate the price of your creation.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If the custom products you receive differ significantly from what you created or if the goods are structurally flawed, or defective, then you may be eligible to return the custom goods for a refund within 15 days of receiving your custom order. We will take 1-3 business days to review your claim for a reprint or refund. For items that are stained, damaged, or where the print is significantly different from what has been ordered, you may be eligible for a refund.

Do you do sample orders?

Usually, we do not provide samples for orders. However, if you’re making a commercial bulk order contact us and we discuss the possibility of sending samples.

What happens if I want to change my order or add notes to my order?

Since we are quick to start processing orders, we do not allow notes to be made after an order is placed. We will allow orders to be canceled only up to 24 hours after the order is placed, otherwise, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

What resolution is optimal for my artwork?

Vector is ideal, but 300dpi will work well.

What file types do you accept for upload?

We accept .jpeg, .png, .eps, and .pdf.

For best results, please use high resolution .jpeg or .png images, or vectored .eps/.pdf images without embedded artwork with all fonts converted to outlines.

My image looks pixelated, can you fix it?

No. Whatever you send us is what we print on the shirts.

Do you offer sleeve printing?

Yes, on almost all items. Our customization tool will show what products can have printed sleeves, and which not.

What happens if the artwork I upload infringes on copyright laws?

If an artwork contains proprietary logos, brands, characters, etc., we reserve the right to remove those elements and print the remaining graphic without them. Should we determine that there is a possible issue or infringement, then we will contact you about the artwork in question.

What happens if my artwork or garments are sized larger or smaller than expected?

Garments are sized by suppliers. Size charts are available on the product page. Please note that individual garments may vary from the size charts. We are not able to process refunds for garments that do not fit based on expectations.
Artwork size and positioning cannot be guaranteed. We attempt to use artwork sized as supplied, however, we may reconfigure artwork to fit within our production parameters.

Our standard print guidelines are listed here:

  • Front Left or Right Chest: 3-4” wide
  • Front Standard: 10-12″ wide
  • Back Standard 10″-12 wide
  • Sleeve Prints: 3.5″ – 5″ wide
  • Hats: 3-5″ wide

Refunds will not be provided for artwork sizes that fall within our standard parameters regardless of the size of the mockup you have created in the design studio.

Do you have a sizing chart for the items?

Yes, each piece of apparel has a size chart. You can find the chart on the respective product page.

How do you determine pricing?

We determine the pricing based on the cost of the specific product, the printing method, and the number of shirts required for your order. Everything is calculated automatically through the site.
